RM 100,000.Dato. K.Pathmanaban supervised a project paper drawn to implement the project. Dato S.Subramaniam ( Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs) approved the project “MALAYSIAN INDIAN DATABASE”. Dato. K.Pathmanaban initiated the project officially on the 14th July 1999 at P.J.HILTON, PETALING JAYA.
The first issue was published on July 2000. Further issues were published yearly once in the year of 2002,2003, 2004 & 2005.
